Sam joined Baker Ashley in January 2025 and has worked in residential conveyancing for over 20 years, having started as a Legal Secretary and progressed through the roles before finishing her legal studies to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive. Sam also recently completed the necessary qualifications to become a CILEx Lawyer and Conveyancing Practitioner.
