Cerys qualified as a barrister in 2004 and went on to also qualify as a solicitor in 2006. Cerys has specialised in HR and employment law since 2004, particularly advocacy in employment tribunals, and advises on all aspects of HR and employment law. Cerys worked as a specialist employment law solicitor for an international law firm for seven years before founding Ashley HR Consultancy in 2014 and co-founding Baker Ashley in 2018.
